Great casino, very clean facilities. Staff at reception, tables, and bar are all well-mannered and very interactive. Enjoyed multiple visits yearly, and most of the time's come out better off. That is all down to luck, tho.
Parking at the NCP has casino rates if sorted in the reception of the casino.
It was a good night considering I'm not a regular at casinos. Would have been a better if staff had voluntarily explained the way things work, rather than making you feel like you were putting them out.
Great little casino. Friendly staff and environment. Played blackjack for a couple hrs and the dealers were great. Played 4 deck. Only negative is that they use shuffle machines but otherwise would visit again

The casino is fairly small. Poker room downstairs is decent. Staff at the entrance are friendly and there's no membership required. Bar area is good and James Martin restaurant is inside. Good location for central Manchester too.
Really nice casino. Can guarantee a good night out every time All the staff and managers are friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks and bar food - always cooked to a very high standard. I find all the managers really professional, friendly and helpful. There are lots of promotions available for all customers including slots parties with a free buffet and drinks. Charles, Chris, Maxine, Graham and Rob are always available to sort out any issues. Also, the added advantage of the lovely James Martin restaurant on site.
Had a fantastic meal ,icing on the cake meeting James Martin,my husband favourite chef, everything was lovely staff very pleasant,
